- Can you help me find a lot?
- Yes. We look for on- and off-market lots through our agent and owner network, and review each one before you commit.
- What does the all-in budget include?
- One number for the land and the home: land, design, engineering, permits, construction, landscaping and pool. Furnishings are separate unless we agree otherwise. The preliminary estimates we share are not guarantees; see the note on the page.
- Do I need to own land?
- No. That is the point of Land & Build. If you already own a lot, our Custom Homes service is the better fit.
- How do I know a lot will work before I buy it?
- Before you commit, we show what can be built, its zoning, the estimated cost and how it compares to recent nearby sales.
- Where do you look?
- Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore and North Central Phoenix, plus the other areas we build in.
- Who builds the home?
- Community Development builds it (ROC 340303), with one team for architecture, design, permits and construction.
